My teaching philosophy is based on the belief that education is the best way to help each student become a lifelong learner, instill a sense of intellectual curiosity and independence, and achieve a successful career. Student learning includes understanding basic concepts/theories, application of subject matter in real-world situations, being challenged, developing a sense of self-achievement, enhancing analytical skills, and building teamwork proficiency. A teacher should excite students by keeping the topic relevant, offering hands-on experiences, and developing self-confidence and critical thinking.
