BIO & RESEARCH INTERESTs

My research program focuses on value-added processing of underutilized plant materials, sustainable process development and optimization, waste minimization, biological wastewater treatment, vegetable oil quality, oil and oilseed processing, functional foods, nutraceuticals and conversion of biomass to renewable products and biofuels.
