Dr. Kayla Loper is a Teaching Assistant Professor in the Educational Psychology - Research, Evaluation, Measurement, & Statistics program for the College of Education & Human Sciences at Oklahoma State University. Her major research interest is in higher education data analysis, construct measurement (ex: Sense of Belonging), equity in assessment practices, and program evaluation.
