The Next Generation Sequencing Core Facility offers state-of-the-art genomics and sequencing services. We collaborate with academic researchers, health care professionals, industry partners, federal agencies and nonprofit organizations to advance health across boundaries. We offer the Illumina Sequencing system (NextSeq 2000 and MiniSeq), Parse Biosciences for single cel sequencing, and other PCR system and genotyping services.
