I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Science and Information Systems at the Spears School of Business, Oklahoma State University.

My research focuses on understanding how anthropomorphic technologies transform work, managerial practice, and human–technology relationships. I examine how differences across human-like form and function reconfigure traditional human-technology relationships, as well as the design and experience of work. Across contexts, my work explores and tests how organizations and individuals adapt to, make sense of, and work alongside increasingly human-like technologies.

    Office: 425 Business Building

I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Science and Information Systems at the Spears School of Business, Oklahoma State University.

My research explores the challenges and issues in content moderation and platform governance, with a focus on the phenomenon of misinformation (e.g., fake news, fraudulent reviews, AI-generated content (AIGC)). The overarching goal of my work is to understand how digital platforms influence the dissemination of misinformation, and in turn, how misinformation affects public trust. I aim to develop effective mitigation strategies while fostering healthier online communities.

To advance this research agenda, I draw on a range of methodologies, including experiments, econometrics, natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and deep learning.
