Summary
Since 1997, FAPC has provided research laboratories, pilot-processing facilities, educational programs and seminars that keep the food and agricultural industries at the forefront of value-added processing and technology. Our vision is to strengthen Oklahoma’s food and agricultural business sectors, advance food safety for consumers, prepare students for successful careers in the food industry, and enhance the economic impact of our work across the state, region and nation.
