Shannon Austin is the director in charge of the Edmon Low Creative Studios in the OSU Stillwater Library. Jenny Bodenhamer has worked in libraries for over fifteen years. She has a master's degree from the University of Oklahoma's School of Library and Information Studies and has experience in both academic and public libraries. From 2011 to 2023, she was a Cataloging Librarian at the Metropolitan Library System. From February 2023 to July 2025, Jenny worked as a Digital Services Librarian at Oklahoma State University, focusing on the creation of metadata for electronic theses and dissertations and contributing her aid with OSU's migration to Folio, an open-source library service platform. Now, she is serving as the Assistant Department Head of Digital Services and Discovery Services.
In recent years, she has served the Oklahoma Library Association's Technical Services Roundtable and the Continuing Education Committee in various leadership roles. In this capacity, she has helped update OLA handbooks and forms. Her interests include providing professional development opportunities to OLA members and increasing awareness of OLA's value to our community.
Jenny's mission is to enable librarians and patrons reach their personal education goals. She does this by promoting continuing education programs locally and by making resources accessible and discoverable for people to educate themselves.

After completing a master’s degree in mass communication, Bonnie became accredited in public relations in 2007. Now, she enjoys mentoring students and sharing her skills and experience with others.

Tracy Caine is a semi-retired professional from Oklahoma City. Before joining the Oklahoma Oral History Research Program, he worked as a manufacturer’s representative in the consumer electronics industry, a sales representative and customer relations expert in both the industrial uniform industry and most recently the commercial tire market. Caine’s career in the sales industry provided him the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life and hear generations of individual stories. In his work with the OOHRP, he records and makes accessible the fascinating stories of the people of Oklahoma and Oklahoma State University. Caine is also a community volunteer, lending his time to several charitable organizations.

His responsibilities include stewarding the library's physical map and aerial photograph collection, managing the digitization and preservation of the collection, and making the collection more accessible and relevant to members of the Oklahoma State University community and the public. Originally trained as a geographer, Dyke is also an experienced user and developer of GIS software, and is available to consult on its use in nearly any context. Whitney Hilley is the Head of Access Services at Oklahoma State University's Edmon Low Library. She received a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Southeast Missouri State University and earned a Ph.D. in Integrative Biology at Oklahoma State University. Her doctoral research focused on predator-prey ecology, risk assessment, and reproduction. She has been an avid R user since 2016 and has extensive experience instructing workshops on various topics in R for both novice and intermediate learners.

In my library work, I am pursuing projects related to assessing research data sharing and reuse, specifically at OSU. In particular, I am interested in locating, extracting, and utilizing scholarly metadata from sources such as DataCite and Wikidata. My doctoral research was centered in predator-prey ecology, with an emphasis on risk assessment and its impacts on behavior, physiology, and reproduction. Sarah Milligan is a Professor and Head of the Oklahoma Oral History Research Program (OOHRP) at the Oklahoma State University Library, where she holds the Hyle Family Endowed Professorship and oversees the production, access, and preservation of the 2,000+ interviews in the OOHRP collection. She has worked extensively in oral history outreach, including providing training for new interview production as well as technical assistance to oral history collection holders throughout the country. Before joining the OOHRP, Milligan was the Administrator for the Kentucky Oral History Commission, managing the KOHC's archive of over 10,000 oral history recordings, a long-standing statewide oral history granting program, and an extensive outreach network. She has also worked as a Folklife Specialist for the Kentucky Folklife Program, producing and mentoring ethnographic fieldwork and on the administrative team for the Kentucky Folklife Festival.
Milligan has expertise in archival preservation and access and is a founding member of the Digital Public Library of America OKHub working group, and the inaugural President for the Oklahoma Archivists Association. Milligan has served on numerous committees for the Oral History Association (OHA), including co-chairing the 2018 Task Force to revise the long standing OHA Principles and Best Practices, and serving on the OHA Council (2018-2022) before serving a rotation of First Vice President - Past President (2023 - 2027).
