  • EXTENSION & ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITY
    Developed and leads a faculty development program for Central Africa with base in MOI University, Kenya. Program has successfully doubled the number of Ph.D. qualified faculty for MOI Business School and is continuing to develop other public Kenyan Institutions and expanding influence to Tanzania, Ethiopia, and Uganda. Funding for Kenyan based activities and Kenyan student residence in the US was granted by the Kenyan government. Additional funding was granted by Oklahoma State University. Currently, ten new candidates are working towards defending their Ph.D. dissertations through the program.
