BIO & RESEARCH INTERESTs

Dr. Courouleau aka "Dr. C" is a Clinical Associate Professor of Audiology in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at Oklahoma State University. Dr. C has practiced in a variety of settings including academic, medical, surgical, private practice, government, and hearing instrument manufacturing. Her areas of clinical excellence include diagnosis and treatment of hearing loss, personal adjustment counseling, diagnosis and management of tinnitus, diagnosis and treatment of auditory processing disorder, and medical-legal hearing evaluation.



Research Interests:

Dr. C is active in scholarsip and research. Her focus includes diversity, equity, and inclusion with specific emphasis on LGBTQ+ populations.
Dr. C also has an interest in sound meditation-- the use of sound and hearing to reduce anxiety and promote wellness.
