BIO & RESEARCH INTERESTs
Tieming Liu is a professor and the graduate program director at the School of Industrial Engineering and Management, Oklahoma State University. His research interests include healthcare analytics, supply chain coordination, revenue management, logistics planning, manufacturing scheduling, and resource flexibility planning. He has published more than 30 papers in highly respected journals, including Production and Operations Management, Decision Support Systems, Service Science, IISE Transactions, Naval Research Logistics, Interfaces, Operations Research Letters, and European Journal of Operational Research. He received his doctoral degree in Transportation and Logistics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2005, his master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from Northwestern University in 2001, and his master's and bachelor's degrees in Control Theory and Control Engineering from Tsinghua University in 2000 and 1997, respectively.
