BIO & RESEARCH INTERESTs

Rachel Mosier has been with Oklahoma State University since 2014. Mosier is licensed as a professional engineer in Construction Engineering with 7 years experience as a consulting structural engineer. Mosier worked 6 years in Public Works for the City of Oklahoma City specifically on projects, which include libraries, fire stations, roadways, utilities and bridges.

Mosier was the Principle Investigator for the Southern Plains Transportation Center on a project titled "A Case Study on Construction Equipment Emissions". Her research includes infrastructure sustainability, resilience, and engineering education.
