The second group piano class of a two-course piano sequence prepares music industry majors to continue to develop more advanced functional piano skills necessary for songwriting and programming/recording. Students will learn to play two octave scales, slash chords and inverted triads, and advanced chord progressions associated with popular music.Prerequisite(s): Music industry major status or consent of instructor AND MSIN 1011 with a minimum grade of 'C'.
