TEACHING SUMMARY
Dr. Fishbein teaches courses that emphasize hands on experience in the field and using computational tools. These include courses covering plant identification and the natural history of Oklahoma, as well as the techniques used to reconstruct the evolutionary history of organisms for genomic sequence data. Other courses summarize recent advances in the fields of evolutionary biology and genomics.
