Dr. Kim's research primarily focuses on:  

Digital marketing

  • Examining contemporary marketing approaches using diverse digital communication channels
  • Identifying the desires of consumers and translating them into brand experience to improve the shopping journey

Social interaction

  • Focusing on online interaction among consumers (e.g., cocreation, connective action, or social movement) and its impact on the current marketplace and society
