TEACHING SUMMARY

Dr. Brennen teaches a wide range of courses in literature, composition, and contemporary media. Recent teaching includes courses on modernism, research writing, introductory composition, love stories, true crime, and contemporary refugee narratives. Students in Dr. Brennen’s courses may encounter marriage plots, true crime podcasts, detective stories, imperial romances, and occasionally vampires.
