Hand carders are used in pairs to prepare raw (washed) wool, fleece, or cotton fibers for spinning or to blend fibers to create personalized color or fiber blends. These curved backhand carders are lightweight and easy to hold. They produce small rolags or mini batts for woolen style spinning.
