Deepthi Kolady

Dr. Kolady's research focuses on understanding producers' and consumers' decision-making in the context of farming and food systems to facilitate the development of a sustainable farming system and a healthy food sector. She is particularly interested in examining how agricultural producers and consumers respond to technological changes, markets, and policies. Her research also addresses how consumer demand and preferences influence agricultural R&D investment, sustainable agricultural production practices, and food sector innovations. Dr. Kolady's research efforts also include food security and economic development topics.
