David Warren

David Warren is Senior Director of Integrated Digital Strategies for the OSU Agriculture Division and AI Program Leader for the Extension Foundation, a national nonprofit supporting Cooperative Extension Services across the land-grant university system. He also teaches Web and Digital Marketing Analytics in the Spears School of Business graduate analytics program.

Before joining OSU, David spent 25 years in private industry leading digital transformation, CRM, e-commerce, and data-driven marketing at companies including Hilti. He held executive roles spanning marketing technology, digital media, and global e-commerce, and ran a strategy consultancy advising media and B2B firms on product development and channel strategy.

His current work focuses on AI strategy and readiness for knowledge systems, digital platform modernization, and helping institutions adapt as AI reshapes how people find and trust expert information. He holds an MBA from Oklahoma State University and a Bacherlor of Business Administration and Finance from Northeastern State University.
