As the coordinator and lecturer of the Chinese Program at Oklahoma State University, Cheng Chen brings a wealth of experience to her role. An internationally certified senior Chinese language teacher, she holds a bachelor's degree in education theory from Zhejiang University in China (2007) and a Master of Arts in Comparative Education from the same institution (2009). In 2008, she was a visiting scholar at Sussex University in the UK.
Prior to joining Oklahoma State University, Cheng Chen taught Chinese language and culture for six years as an instructor at North Carolina State University, St. Augustine University, and Wake Tech Community College in North Carolina. Her extensive experience in teaching includes offering multiple courses, such as multi-level Chinese language, Chinese culture, and literature.
