Cathleen Taylor is the Assistant State Specialist for Leadership and Civic Engagement with the Oklahoma 4-H program. Activities coordinated state wide include: Citizenship Washington Focus, Oklahoma 4-H Day at the Capitol, Oklahoma 4-H Leadership Team Retreat, and Oklahoma State Fairs.
She also advises the Oklahoma State 4-H Leadership Council and the Oklahoma State University Chapter of Collegiate 4-H.
