BIO & RESEARCH INTERESTs

Dr. Jayadas is a Professor in the Department of Design and Merchandising at Oklahoma State University (OSU). He received his PhD in Industrial Engineering, with an emphasis in Human Factors and Ergonomics from Texas Tech University in 2013 and joined OSU in 2014. 

Research Interests:

Human factors and ergonomics; Biophilic design; Improving consumer experience in stores; Empathic and co-design of duty belts and vehicle interior for law enforcement; Usability testing of products; Balance, strength & biomechanics of falls in older individuals, Virtual Reality based Design Interventions and Occupational Training
